An Axerve Ecommerce Solutions Merchant (former Gestpay) is identifiable by an identification code called shopLogin and is entitled to use the Back Office environment through one or more operators registered on the Sella.it website (at least one operator with Administrator status is the minimum requirement for activating the service).

With S2S (Server-To-Server) it is possible to build your own administration dashboards and handle your transactions without interacting with Gestpay’s Back Office.

Gestpay only accepts calls from an IP address associated with the shopLogin of the merchant making the call. It is therefore necessary to configure the IP address of the calling server in Gestpay, via the Back Office environment (Configuration > Environments > IP Address).
